COVID-19 is spread easily from person-to-person. For the safety of our visitors and staff, our offices remain closed until further notice.

As Region 2 (which includes Knox County) as had stricter mitigations ordered, we shall close our indoor community spaces once again until further notice.

During this difficult time, we are only performing essential housing functions - occupancy of our units, emergency maintenance requests, and accounting/IT. 

In accordance with federal and state guidelines and orders, we are not filing evictions during the pandemic, with the exception of violations that endanger the health and safety of residents and KCHA staff.

While in KCHA spaces, visitors are asked to wear a mask and to socially distance themselves (at least six feet) from others. Masks and hand sanitizers are provided.

While our offices are closed, we are still here!  Drop us a line, schedule an appointment, or report changes to your tenant/applicant status. We're doing most of our business remotely and electronically these days.
