3. Apply online!
When you click below, you'll be redirected to our partner AAIM Track to complete the online application and submission process. Complete the application and submit your resume/cover letter with a few simple point and clicks.
4. You submitted your packet, now what?
Applications and resumes will be read by REAL HUMANS who are familiar with interpreting resume-speak and are fluent in KCHA culture. We hire people who will thrive in our environment, so your skills, experience, and flair for telling your story will be measured with our current team needs. Those that fit what we're doing will be contacted for a phone interview. If you're not a match for us at this time, we'll contact you and let you know.
5. Phone interview
One of our leaders will contact you to discuss your resume, cover letter, and chat about your work experience. This should take around 15-20 minutes. If we feel your experience puts you in a position to succeed with us, we'll invite you to an in-person interview.
6. In-person interview
We only interview rock stars, Congratulations on scoring an interview! You'll be invited to sit down with Executive Director Derek Antoine, Assistant Director Cheryl Lefler, and one of our program managers. We'll discuss your interest in working at KCHA, explain the challenges the agency faces, and introduce you to our culture and brand. If we choose you, you'll receive a phone call and an offer letter with the proposed details of the offer. If the timing and and fit aren't just right, we'll notify you of that as well. We won't leave you hanging.
